- Price Guarantee: The price displayed at checkout is the final price. We do not apply hidden handling fees or surprise surcharges.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.
- Data Security: All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways and are protected by industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store your full financial details on our servers.
3. Product Accuracy
We endeavor to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, as our floral arrangements and bespoke balloons are handcrafted and involve natural materials, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Territory: Delivery services are provided exclusively within the United Kingdom.
- Order Cut-Off: 6:00 PM (GMT) daily.
- Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days.
- Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 4–7 Business Days.
- Store Pickup: Free local collection is available from our Bradford boutique during business hours (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
5. Cancellations and Returns
We operate in full compliance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Order Cancellations: Orders for non-perishable/non-personalized items may be cancelled anytime before dispatch. Orders for fresh flowers or personalized balloons cannot be cancelled once preparation or customization has commenced.
- Right to Return: You may return non-perishable and non-personalized items within 14 days of receipt.

Exemptions: Under UK law, the right to cancel/return does not apply to:
- Personalized Goods: Items customized with specific names, dates, or messages.
- Perishable Goods: Freshly cut flowers and professionally inflated balloons.
- Damaged Items: Any defects must be reported to support@blossomcorner.uk within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a refund or replacement.
6. Fees and Returns
- Restocking Fees: Blossom Corner charges £0.00 Restocking Fees for all eligible returns.
- Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns on eligible items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Blossom Corner covers return costs only if the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
