Refund policy
At Blossom Corner, we know how much heart goes into your celebrations. Whether it’s a bespoke balloon or a fresh bouquet, we want you to be delighted with your order. Because our products include personalized and perishable items, our policy follows UK Consumer Contracts Regulations to ensure fairness and clarity for all our customers.
1. The Nature of Our Products (Exemptions)
Due to the specialized nature of our inventory, the following items are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel or return under UK law:
- Personalized Items: Any balloon, hamper, or gift customized with a specific name, date, or personal message.
- Perishable Goods: Freshly cut flowers and professionally inflated balloons, as these have a naturally limited lifespan.
- Hygiene & Health: Any gift items sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes once they have been unsealed.
2. Non-Personalized Items (Standard Returns)
For non-perishable and non-personalized items (such as uninflated DIY kits, vases, or unopened giftware):
- Notification: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return.
- Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to our Bradford boutique.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
3. No Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent service. Blossom Corner charges £0.00 Restocking Fees for all eligible returns.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will make it right:
- Reporting: Please report any damage (such as deflated balloons or wilted flowers) within 24 hours of delivery.
- Evidence: Email photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to support@blossomcorner.uk.
- Resolution: We will provide a full refund or a replacement for any items confirmed as damaged or defective upon arrival.
5. Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your return or verify the damage, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method used at checkout.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: For eligible returns of non-personalized items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Our Error: If we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective, Blossom Corner will cover all associated return shipping costs.
