We operate 7 days a week to get your gifts on their way as fast as possible:
- Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT).
- Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day.
- Processing: Orders placed before 6:00 PM are typically prepared and ready for carrier pickup by the next business morning.
3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates
- Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 3 – 6 Business Days.
- Carriers: Once handed over to our trusted carriers like Royal Mail or DPD, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
4. Tracking & Order Accuracy
- Order Tracking: Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure all details are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.
